It consists of mixed borders and perennials, leading to green lanes edged with flowers. Because of its openings and perpectives, it invites the visitor to walk on and discover alarge variety of daffodils, thododendrons, azaleas, roses, hydrangeas, acers, salices, viburnums, cornus (among which one ‘Florida’) and hellebores.

"Our garden was a family garden until the early 90s. It has been progressively transformed into a perennial garden, with an emphasis on biodiversity. It is a natural garden of 11 ares, with a pond, dry stone walls, a mini-garden, a greenhouse, a secret corner for our grandchildren, and all this, surrounded by multiple rosebushes, geraniums, hydrangeas, various shrubs, trellised fruit trees, etc...

To really discover it, you have to take your time and move forward step by step. Perhaps you will get the chance to meet elves.”

As a garden, I was born 31 years ago : before that, I was a mere pasture surrounding a big ash tree.

Right now, I consist of 5 areas :

In front of the house, a small enclosed garden, with a pond and trimmed box bushes has become an island of peace !

Behind the house, an area of about 50 ares is being landscaped little by little, depending on the time and budget available.

An orchard has replaced the sheep’s pasture.

A big vegetable garden feeds my two hard-working gardeners !

In the western area, a new pond has been arranged and provides an oasis of freshness for a well-deserved rest.
